  Bolivia, Plurinational State of
Description
Geographical isolation has somewhat hampered the national development of Bolivia. The Seventh-day Adventist Church, on the other hand, is making significant growth--partially through a developing satellite radio network and the broadest FM coverage of any country in the world, at the same time utilizing state frequencies granted to the Church without charge! Interactive radio Bible courses are being used. An extensive educational network--enrolling many youth in 33 primary schools, 27 secondary schools, and Bolivia Adventist University--has resulted in church growth. Both Andes Adventist Academy and an Adventist clinic operate in La Paz, the world's highest capital city. The greatest need is for churches and chapels.
